Common questions

Before you schedule.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Local support is designed for on-site help in and around Big Rapids and surrounding Mid-Michigan communities. Some issues can also be handled remotely.

Do you work with seniors?

Yes. Patient, respectful support for seniors and caregivers is a core part of the local service. Explanations are paced for the person receiving the help.

Can you help me decide what to buy?

Yes. We can help you compare options based on what you actually need, then set up the new equipment after purchase.

Do you physically install or mount equipment?

Not at this stage. The current service focuses on configuration, connections, software, accounts, troubleshooting, and guidance. Doorbells, cameras, displays, and similar hardware must already be safely mounted and powered before configuration.

Can you repair broken hardware?

We begin with configuration and troubleshooting. If a device needs physical repair, electrical work, mounting, cabling, or replacement, we will explain the options and help identify the appropriate next step.

Do you support small offices too?

Yes. For ongoing business needs, technology projects, Microsoft 365, documentation, or workflow improvements, see our business services.
