Agreement

By using this website or engaging Untrained Momentum, LLC for services, you agree to these terms. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability.

Services

Untrained Momentum provides local technology help and business technology, operations, project, documentation, automation, and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, assumptions, and responsibilities are confirmed before paid work begins.

Payment

Payment requirements are stated in the applicable proposal, estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, project deposits and initial service fees are due before work begins, and recurring services are billed in advance.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access and decisions, appropriate authorization for systems and devices, necessary backups, and safe working conditions for on-site service. Clients remain responsible for licenses, subscriptions, third-party accounts, and lawful use of their systems.

Technology risk

Technology work can involve risks including interruption, compatibility issues, data loss, security incidents, and third-party failures. We use reasonable care and communicate known material risks, but no service can eliminate all risk. Clients should maintain appropriate backups and insurance.

Third-party products and services

Recommendations may involve third-party hardware, software, hosting, vendors, or platforms. Their availability, performance, pricing, security, and terms are controlled by those providers.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables are defined in the applicable service agreement. Untrained Momentum retains rights to pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, savings, uptime, security outcomes, or other business results. Any examples describe prior work and do not promise identical outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untrained Momentum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Additional limits may be stated in the applicable service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Michigan law. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Michigan unless the parties agree otherwise.
